Oscar-winning actor Eddie Redmayne is the new star of Prada FW16 Campaign.

Usually the Prada House prefers to feature a mix of well-known and  emerging talent in their ad campaigns. Redmayne, however, is definitely one of their most famous testimonialas. According to the brand’s spokesman, Prada chose Redmayne to portray “a contemporary masculinity that aligns worldly travel with intrepid self-knowledge and oblique, original thinking.” The collection’s pictures include a pinstripe charcoal frock coat and a much more informal heavy jumper that Redmayne manages to wear and make look quite cozy despite its jarring color scheme.

‘Danish Girl’ actress Alicia Vikander is the new face of Louis Vuitton’s travel campaign.

The Swedish star will continue her work with the iconic Paris-based luxury brand which begun in 2015, to be the international face of Louis Vuitton’s travel campaign until the end of the year.

The advertising campaign was photographed by Patrick Demarchelier in Rio de Janeiro portraying the Louis Vuitton cruise show, which gathered celebrities like Jaden Smith, Zendaya, Catherine Deneuve, Alessandra Ambrosio and Isabeli Fontana.

Alessandro Michele,  creative director of Gucci, is the head behind the brand’s new, androgynous direction. “I’d like to present my men’s and ladies’ collections together,” he said. “It’s the way I see the world today. It will not be an easy, but I believe it will give me the chance to move towards a different kind of approach to my fashion. This road has been already opened by Burberry and Tom Ford,unisex fashion is on the rise, as is fashion that makes the wearer and viewer reconsider what we habitually label as either ‘masculine’ or ‘feminine.’

“Having separate shows for men and women is largely a result of now outdated and oftentimes inconvenient traditions” says Marco Bizzarri, chief executive officer of Gucci Shop. “Producing one show each season will significantly help to simplify many aspects of our business”.

Tod’s Wave Bag gains popularity among international stars.
