Quite unexpected as Bulgari’s first and foremost a jewelry house but this season, their handbags from the Doppio Tondo collections is winning us over.
See both gorgeous beauties; Eva Mendes and Freida Pinto. They have in common asides from beautiful, exotic looks, gorgeous bodies and successful acting careers. They have also the same taste when it comes to fabulous handbags. Both girls are carrying one of the Bulgari’s hottest bags this season.
The shoulder bag which I am referring to is none other than the Bulgari Dalia Shoulder Bag. If you won’t put your crazy notions at rest because this handbag name doesn’t grab your attention, perhaps, the handbag’s timeless unique design will.
Bulgari’s Dalia design for spring/summer 2009 was from the Doppio Tondo collection which sports the latest trend in handbags in slightly hoboish shape.
The Doppio Tondo bags are set apart from other such things with the double Bvlgari logo which acts as a fastener. The bag has just various types of fold formed by doubling fabric back upon itself and then pressing or stitching into which looks stunning and complements the soft body bag. The bag gives its luxurious appeal because of its well made gold plated buckle and hardware against the rich brown shades in quality pearled leather. Subtle goldtone hardware on the front and sides is kept to a minimum to enhance the ‘Dalia’s’ classic appeal.
The soft, water buffalo leather exterior done in a refined neutral shade best fitted for spring/summer getaway.
The interior features a small compartment and cell phone pocket. Measurements are approximately 23 x 19 x 10 – certainly not for the faint of heart.
