John Galliano Collections for Spring/Summer 2010
The Dior dress designed by John Galliano was made famous when Carrie wore it in Sex and the City. Now John Galliano expanded his accessories in 100 styles of bags, small leather goods, belts, luggage and travel bags. This was licensed to Plus IT for design, production and distribution under a five-year contract.
The collection will include the Dior creative director’s design signatures on prints, appliqués and embroideries as well as on messenger, doctor, and hobo bags. Made from faux oilskin leathers, washed nylon, distresses calf skin and kilim-printed corduroy.
The collection has also a romantic mood featuring the Galliano logo in blush pint with gemstone embroideries, lacework, heart-shaped metal charms, keys and the letter G.
